~pneal: I bought a Samsung refrigerator with bottom freezer which was missing a roller on the top shelf over the main freezer. They would not send one to me but wanted to sell me one, a refrigerator I have had for less than a month. They lost a customer for a cheap plastic wheel.

GetHuman: And what about Samsung's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~pneal: For that I would say two out of five.
