~Bernie: After getting spammed almost daily for penny prints, I opted to give it a try and put together an album with *** images for penny prints. But at checkout, I was stunned to find that my $*.** order had a shipping fee of $**.**--making the order FIVE TIMES the advertized price. When I called this number, there was a reasonably quick answer, but no help--either from the first person or his supervisor. It seems they had neither the inclination nor the authority to provide any real help. The experience left me with a really bad taste regarding Snapfish.

~Bernie: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Bernie: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Snapfish's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Bernie: For that I would say two out of five.
