~Unhappy Customer: Long wait times with blaring endless commercials. Unhelpful rep. Had to ask same question *-* times because rep did not understand the difference between shipped from and shipped to. **No replies to e-mails. Now disconnected immediately with recording that call could not be transferred for "technical reasons."
