GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Snapfish customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~guenthpw: The web site software has at least two major functionality problems:**) Cannot upload more than a certain number of images.**) Cannot upload folders.**) Your help personnel are polite and trying, but their language skills are marginal and their knowledge is equally as limited.**Bottom line: Much as I like many of the other features and competitive quantity pricing, the upload limitations are serious enough that I must now look for another service (maybe Picasa?) that isn't hobbled by the Snapfish upload software limitations.**What a shame. I really like Snapfish's offerings otherwise.

~guenthpw: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

GetHuman: And what about Snapfish's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~guenthpw: For that I would say five out of five.
