~LAlvidrez: I called * different times, was transferred to wrong departments or put on hold then disconnected. The last time the associate told me he would make sure i was connected to correct dept. which he did. After talking to this assoc. was put on hold then a busy signal came over my phone. Didn't get anything resolved. Even asked to speak to a manager and was never connected to a manager. This is a **** shame because I generally buy sony products but after this ordeal I chose to boycott sony products.

~LAlvidrez: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~LAlvidrez: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Sony's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~LAlvidrez: For that I would say three out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Sony customers?
~LAlvidrez: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Sony to know who you are.
