GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Sony customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~fucksony: This is the most infuriating and pathetic organization I have ever dealt with. Sent a camera in for repair and they sent me back a broken camera with a different serial number. That was almost * months ago. When I call they make promises that they never fulfill. The only people you can get on the phone at all are at ***-***-**** but they have no interest in or ability to actually solve any issues and claim to pass you on to another department that doesn't have incoming phone lines and never returns phonecalls. Liars, cheaters, thieves, and charlatans.

~fucksony: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~fucksony: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Sony's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~fucksony: For that I would say one out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Sony customers?
~fucksony: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Sony to know who you are.
