GetHuman-380800: I just needed to find out if I could let my deposit take care of my current bill. We just closed our account and our deposit was $*** and we had a bill of $**.** for the last month, and only half a month of usage on our final bill which had yet to be calculated, so I knew it would be coming out to be less than our deposit and didn't want to make a payment. The customer service rep understood exactly what I was aiming at, explained there would be a $*.** late fee assessed but other than that, there was no problem with what I wanted to do. ** cents really isn't that big a deal so yay!
