GetHuman-203487: terrible. absolutely terrible. i got re-routed to the same departments multiple times and waited well over the ** minutes i'm quoting on here. all i want to do is GIVE THEM MONEY and they don't take credit*only take checks. HORRIBLE customer service - every CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT works in verticals, meaning general customer service can't help you with your online account. TERRIBLE. CAN'T BELIEVE IT. IF THEY DIDN'T HAVE A MONOPOLY ON ELECTRICITY THERE'S NO F*$CKING WAY I'D EVER USE IT
