~cruiseman40: well, as of january my new bill with the smart meter installation is $***.**. The previous month was $***.**. On average feb, march, and april is lower summer months. I wasn't too happy with my meter and don't know what to do now! SHould i just bend over and put lube or put sand and just take it like a man.......oh gosh.......lmao
