GetHuman-322086: SCE is a monopoly, so of course they are arrogant, as always they have been. Disgraceful Treat callers like dirt. Lie about the wait time. I was told my wait time for a "human" - wherever in the Third World the call bank is -- would be six minutes. I'm still waiting after ** minutes. They are really arrogant and disgusting.
