GetHuman25507: Latasha Adams was absolutely incredible!!! After fighting for nearly a full month with multiple customer service representatives several times a day and going into the corporate headquarter store multiple times about my bill being high for no explainable reason she was able to resolve it by patiently staying on the phone with me for over an hour and diligently working to resolve the problem instead of shrugging me off like every other representative did. I was a victim of the terrible Note * issue and because of it my bill was over charged and just kept sky rocketing every day.**Latasha figured it out and made sure to give me the appropriate credits that I was owed and straightened it all out.**Sprint really needs more representatives like her!!**Thank you so much again Latasha!!!!
