~George S. Karalekas: No one ever answered the phone. I finally gave up in total frustration. Worse yet, I spent an hour last night trying to place an order on line. While your system was able to find me when I checked into the Rewards program, it said you had no record of me when I wanted to place an order. I tried calling but I was two minutes late as your switchboard closed at *PM. As a result no order was placed and worse yet, I missed out an a $** off coupon which expired that night.**Something has to be done with your clint service operation. I am so snnoyed and frustrated, that I almost want to cancel my card and begin shopping at Office Max which is less than two miles from your store that I frequent.**I am a very unhappy long term Staples customer.**George S. ~George S. Karalekas: For that I would say one out of five.

~George S. Karalekas: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Staples to know who you are.
