GetHuman-409180: My phone is not suppose to go off untill the **th of July but it turned off yesterday the **. We called straight talk and they told me that my phone was turned on the **th an I know for a fact is was not turned on until the ** th of June because I didn't get my money until the **th an we took a trip an I didn't get the card til late that night on the **th. I am having so much trouble with this company an losing a lot of money.
