~slick rick: just found out the easy way to talk to a human. I called and choose to do auto pay and there was * wait time. It hung up on me while I was talking they even called back. Just always pick that and you can get quick service.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Straight Talk. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Straight Talk problem?
~slick rick: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~slick rick: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
