~Me: I've never had to work so hard to someone my business. I created an account just be told account doesn't exist, I try to create another one and am told an account already exists, try to log in and am told account doesn't exist. Customer support called me and said they can't fix it and then the call "dropped"

~Me: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Me: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about StubHub's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Me: For that I would say four out of five.
