GetHuman-431514: Got disconnected after payment process on new acct. was told to hold* I had to call back and go thru the entire process, including hold time, from transfer to transfer. Kind of disorganized for a big company. I am trying the pre-paid service first to see how the service is before committing to service contract, so far the service is terrible. Took an hour from transfer to transfer having to go thru on*hold process each time I was transferred. And, I was as never told when the account would be active. Had to keep calling back. Totally ridiculous to have to speak to so many people. Such disorganization.

GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
GetHuman-431514: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about T-Mobile's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-431514: For that I would say four out of five.

GetHuman-431514: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for T-Mobile to know who you are.
