~Levilivinwell: I am an ** year customer. Bought HTC Windows *x. It does not work as described, full of bugs. Software glitch kicks me off hot spot with spam message about going to their web site to enable the service. I called t mobile htc and Microsoft they all pass the buck. Today after more than ** calls they offered to buy back my $*** dollar phone for *** and allow an additional *** in credit toward purchase of a new phone. In a word Bullpuckey! Surprise I am filing a class action law suit against T Mobile (Does this t stand for terrible)? HTC and Microsoft alleging they are complicit in conspiring to defraud millions of consumers by selling devices that do not function as described and refusing to correct the problem. I am very dissatisfied, I am beyond exasperated. I used to LOVE this company, sadly today I must recommend all consumers to go elsewhere because t mobile is not conducting business in an appropriate manner. I am dissatisfied, I have been placated,ripped off and disrespected.

GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Levilivinwell: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about T-Mobile's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Levilivinwell: For that I would say five out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other T-Mobile customers?
~Levilivinwell: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for T-Mobile to know who you are.
