~Munshi: T-Mobile has the Worst Customer Service**I thought T-Mobile has an excellent customer service until I felt the need of Customer Service help. I had a fimily plan for * years with them. Then I needed an individual plan for one year. I called them and explained my need. At first they disagreed and said I have to sign up for a TWO years contract. When I said I will go to a different provider, the representative said, 'Wait' and kept me waiting. After sometime he said I can have a ONE year agreement. Good! I signed up. After * months I was checking how much time do I have for the contract to be over and they told me ** months. I was surprised and told her how is it possible because my contract was for ** months only. She said her computer says ** months contracts. I challanged and told her to pull my conversation from their archaive. She said the respective department will do that and will call me. Two weeks passed no one called. I called again and you know every time you call you have to
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting T-Mobile. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a T-Mobile problem?
~Munshi: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Munshi: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about T-Mobile's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Munshi: For that I would say five out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other T-Mobile customers?
~Munshi: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for T-Mobile to know who you are.
