GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's T-Mobile customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
GetHuman-328995: We are new customer, and I have had to call each time we have recieved a bill because there is a service that we are being charged for that we did not authorize or sign up for. In order to get our account credited back the charge, we have to take our original paperwork to a T-Mobile store. I have never had so much trouble with a cell phone provider when it comes to customer service.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting T-Mobile. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a T-Mobile problem?
GetHuman-328995: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
GetHuman-328995: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about T-Mobile's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-328995: For that I would say three out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other T-Mobile customers?
GetHuman-328995: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for T-Mobile to know who you are.
