GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's TDS Telecom customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~steve: I am a very experienced internet user. I pay ALL bills on-line so I have lots of experience with business websites. The TDS website(s) are the most convoluted mess of patchwork that I have encountered in years. For starters* (*) There should be one site log-in (user-name and password) to access ALL services (email, billpay, my account, etc.) available to a current customer. There appear to be old links and web pages scattered all over. It's a patchwork. It's great for I.T. job security but terrible for customer service. Technical support and regular CS tell me to enter their site at two different addresses. Remove all of the old links and web pages.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting TDS Telecom. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a TDS Telecom problem?
~steve: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~steve: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about TDS Telecom's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~steve: For that I would say two out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other TDS Telecom customers?
~steve: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for TDS Telecom to know who you are.
