GetHuman-19560: Last week I called after I got a email saying my account security questions had been changed. *st phone call, transferred * times with a promise of call back the next day when they figured out the problem. No return call the next day , so I called again and after a half an hour I was promised anther call back the next day which I never got. Today I tried to sign on and pay my bill, only to find out that my account has been locked. I called the number provided and ended up talking to a supervisor who hung up on me. All I wanted to do was to pay my bill, but nobody there was able to restore my account to its previous state. Please someone there reset my account so I can pay my bill and move on.
