~Cheated customer: Online bill pay doesn't work unless a rush payment is implemented for a fee of course. When I call to speak to someone it takes a minimum of ** minutes before I can talk. Only good for one month 'cause the next month it starts all over again. They make extra money with the rush payment every month hoping that I won't bother for the long wait to speak to someone.
