~S_allen: Donna from the W McDermott location in Allen, TX handled my wrong order the best way possible. The fact my order was wrong was not her fault and she took care of it completely and deserves praise for her great attitude even though i noticed she seemed short handed. I believe she is a manager of some kind and seems to be a great one!! I work retail as well and hated cause more trouble for her seeing she was extremely busy but was very sweet and this location has made a good choice in having her in the position she's in. My visit was on ****** around *:** pm
