~robin crain: had to call twice because the first time i called i asked for a reimbursement of funds from my account. second time i called was told that it did not go through because the call had dropped out which it did not meaning i had to redo my application all over again.

~robin crain: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.

~robin crain: For that I would say four out of five.
