GetHuman-107602: they have been very tolerant and understanding but of course they can't fix everything and you have to g ao thru the various depts. which can be truly frustrating and agonising experience!! Telstra itself is hopeless to deal with!!but this service saves heaps of time waiting on the phone and they are always very polite and willing to help*is certainly a good one
