GetHuman-264958: I waited * min the first call before I hung up. Tried a few hrs later and reached some one in the phillipiens that I could barely understand and who could not understand my problem. Asking to speak to a supervisor or a local service, was denied. This was a few months ago. However today when I again tried to call repair service I reached the Pillipiens. I'll keep trying now until I reach a local. Please Telus, bring our jobs back to Canada. I cannot see how the company expects to maintain a high standard in Costomer relations with this extremely poor service!
