GetHuman-125009: I had to ask the woman to please speak louder on two occasions. I did a quarterly contract with them and was charged ** dollars for an eight minute visit. When I called to inquire as to the price I was told it could not be adjusted.* I asked to cancel on a Sunday and they told me that not only could I not cancel on a sunday but they were also automatically going to reschedule my upcoming appointment. I was told I would have to call Monday through Friday as that was when the cancellation department was open.* Steer clear away, go local instead, another company too big to provide customer support.

GetHuman-125009: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
