~Anonymous: They put me on hold for ** minutes, and then when someone FINALLY picked up the phone, they pressed the wrong button, could not hear me, and hung up on me. I had to call back and wait an additional ** minutes. This is the second time I've called in * weeks and it's taken ** hours for me to obtain any relevant information whatsoever.
