~XenaWarriorK: I had high speed internet for $**.** and then had the stupid idea of upgrading to the **.** "OFFER". I cancelled a month after because I got charged $***.** on the follwing bill. Then, after cancelling I still got charged $***.** on the following month for something (they have an answer for everything of course). So basically I was charged $***.** in * Months!! just for upgrading to a **.** package, and maybe $**.** on rented movies! It is totally ridiculous! Please for your own sake DO NOT ORDER CABLE from Time warner and if you do, please don't say nobody told you so.

GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~XenaWarriorK: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Time Warner's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~XenaWarriorK: For that I would say two out of five.

~XenaWarriorK: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Time Warner to know who you are.
