GetHuman-229280: I have spent over * hours on tho phone with TWC trying to lower my monthly costs and that doesn't include include my online chats. Not sure what country they out source too but after spending ** minutes with a woman who clearly did not understand anything I said, I told her not to make any changes. Just leave my account as it was before I called. Of course she didn't, she turned my cable off! I called back to tech support, frustrated, and told them to just undo whatever the other one had done and I would deal with the issue later. The tech guy was nice and gave me a number for customer retention. Have called them twice. No positive results. Options limited in my area. May have to go with a hot spot and forget tv all together.
