~HowellWifey999: I needed an extension bc we were getting billed during our off week of paychecks. So I called the regular *** number on the bill. I got a flat no. I explained my situation to no avail.I found this number, called it and Sharon from the columbus ohio office (near me) called back within a couple hours. She put me on a payment plan and helped me as no other could. But everytime I make an arrangement with time warner, they still disconnect and I have to call them to fix it. They need a major overhaul and customer service classes. I have been a call center supervisor for a ***** person customer base and while its not easy to do this job, the MAIN part of your job is customer retention and satisfaction. the company as a whole gets a ZERO rating for this.

~HowellWifey999: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~HowellWifey999: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Time Warner's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~HowellWifey999: For that I would say three out of five.

~HowellWifey999: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Time Warner to know who you are.
