~Aaronahorton : I usually like to stay as positive as I can, but time warner just just horrible. If you want to make a change to your service, good luck! NONE of their operators understand English, no joke. The funny thing is, they speak English fairly well, but literally have no idea what you want. I tried to change my service and ended up spending $***. I couldn't get across that I didn't want to do what they were doing to my service. I got so frustrated I hung up on two different operators and the third did the same thing to me. I was so exhausted by the end I just accepted it, they did not understand anything. *My wife called the next day, pissed off at me letting them do this and got the exact same result. She was so frustrated, she actually cried over it. We can't afford this change, NOT EVEN CLOSE, but there is not one single operator or supervisor that can help solve this issue. This company is SO BAD :(
