GetHuman-117054: I visited the cable store in vestal n.y. for the first time to return my remote I had to wait an unbelievable long time with a line out the door and two people working and the worker told me that's all there is every day she went on to say that the day I was there was mild this tells me that you don't care about your costomers their were a elderly man that could not stand any longer and no one cares what you need is compitition and until you get some this is going to be a daily thing according to your worker I hope I never have to go there again how sad that this is allowed to go on also a number of people waiting were there because they could not get threw on the phone they were but on hold for over an hour!!!!!!
