GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Time Warner customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~Kpop: Obviously you can tell through my ratings that my customer service was horrible. Not only did that Time Warner man come to my door and bang on it very loudly, startling me, he also waited not even a minute before leaving as quickly as he could to get to the next person. I was using the restroom and as soon as I heard the knock I ran to get dressed, opened the door and nobody was there. I proceeded to run up and down our sidewalks next to the apartment saying hello hello and nobody answered me and I saw no one. I looked around for cars and saw a truck leaving I ran and waved at it and it just kept driving. I am livid with this service. I called Time Warner to tell them how angry I was And the man on the phone gave me attitude. If it were possible I would switch services right away however, I cannot since this is a joint apartment with my roommate. This is not okay and I encourage anyone to switch to anything but time warner. Worst. Customer. Service. Ever. And excuse my French but *****
