GetHuman-151611: To the ******* Leonard: it was not my fault twc ****** up MY account. They apprently can't even transfer an account correctly and THEY were rude to ME! I am paying my hard earned money for this ****** tv service that doesnt work half the time and the twc employees are incompetent and rude. I cannot watch any of my shows including the new walking dead episode I've been looking forward to. I upgraded my cable and never got my reward card. I was told they were going to fix their mistake by the end of the night and now they aren't doing anything until Monday night. DO NOT GET TWC UNLESS YOU WANT TO SHOOT YOURSELF!
