GetHuman-367951: out of phone, internet & e-mail for * days. First day called local office in Green Bay, on hold ** min ** sec when gave up. Had to text to "***" on my cell to get a response. After * techs worked on problem for * *** hrs with no solution I had to demand a tech come to house - this was not offered. Was told to contact the local (Green Bay) office to set up for tech to come to house. Again on hold to local office for over ** min. & had to resort to texting from cell phone again. The tech showed up @ house this morning @ appointed time and immediately resolved problem. I had been given a wi-fi modum @ the Green Bay office and was told to install it. When arrived home found the system down so didn't install the new modum. Like why would I when nothing working. If had been told by the person in local office to expect this there would not have been a problem plus obviously there is no communication between local office and TWC that there was to be a wi-fi modum installed.
