~S0m3Rand0mChick: After trying several times to place an order online, I decided to call Torrid after the last attempt showed that my order was being processed* yet there was no order number for my reference. I spent ** minutes on hold listening to horribly loud distorted music. No HUMAN ever answered. I finally hung up. I called back later in the day hoping my call would be answered. No such luck! Another ** minutes wasted. This is the *rd time I have placed an order and it was either not processed without any explanation or did not show up in my order history at all. Attempts to contact an actual person at Torrid are a waste. I'm cancelling my Torrid card TODAY. No use in having it if I can't use it!
