~bre: I have a torrid insider acct which claims to have a dedicated line- which is the same * as this. So I call, wait on hold **-** mins for someone to answer and tell them I have an insider question, they transfer me to a line that just rings and rings and nobody ever picks up. this is ******* unacceptable especially for the prices they charge they **** well better have an actual customer service department.
