~usmcwifey94: I ordered a dress and shoes online. The shoes were too big, so I decided to exchange them. The nearest store is * hours away. I drove there and exchanged the shoes, get home a I have two different sizes in the box. I called the store and they said that I could return the shoe and get the other. Did I mention that I live * hours away! I had to send it by mail to get the new one! I called customer service and got some who didn't speak English well. I told her that I could understand her and she started speaking louder. I then got loud and said I'm not hard of hearing! Then we got "disconnected "! There customer service *****!
