~tmaternowski: I am on hold for third time in two weeks trying to track down the $*** gift card I ordered on Dec *th. Today is Christmas Eve and quess what I STILL DON"T HAVE. This is the worst customer service I've ever experienced. More than ** minute hold EVERY TIME I call. Oh, and that song you play over, and over and over again doesn't do anything but irritate the **** out of me. I'm only gonna break, break, break your heart - really? That must be a message to your customers. Please contact me ***.***.**** or I'm going to be all over you FB page and Twitter feed.
