~FYRESQ: I have been a Tripadvisor contributor for a long time, religiously tending my many excursions and even day trips. I cannot get to my acct simply because Tripadvisor won't allow me to change my password. I go thru the directions, but no response on my email. Are they even still in business?
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting TripAdvisor. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a TripAdvisor problem?
~FYRESQ: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~FYRESQ: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about TripAdvisor's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~FYRESQ: For that I would say two out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other TripAdvisor customers?
~FYRESQ: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for TripAdvisor to know who you are.
