GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's UMR customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
GetHuman-70554: I called the * on the back of the card to check the ID* to see if it was termianted or not and if so get a date. Instead I get a machine that does not recognize the ID *. There was no option to talk to a person to see if the insurance was termed. I tried the internet support * just to talk to a person who put me on hold pending transfering my call to a represenative which was an * minute wait. When my call was answered I was then transfered again and finally got my answer!
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting UMR. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a UMR problem?
GetHuman-70554: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
GetHuman-70554: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about UMR's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-70554: For that I would say five out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other UMR customers?
GetHuman-70554: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for UMR to know who you are.
