~BITTERPROVIDER: THEY ARE LITERALLY THE WORST PEOPLE TO TALK TO EVER. I called from a providers office needing to complete a prior auth ASAP after finally getting through to a representative they informed me that ti Need to go back to the provider service which is where they just send you a fax. There is no way to talk to a human on this. THEY ARE WORSE THAN HORRIBLE
