GetHuman-432115: Eventually got through to someone by refusing to co-ooperate with automated system. He was not a native English speaker and the line was very bad. **He tried to help but the options offered by UPS for UK delivery are very limited. We can't do this, we can't do that...**Be warned: trying to communicate via e-mail is hopeless - you just get cut-and-paste from some corporate manual and not even basic English.**Pretty poor all 'round. Best option is to tell the seller*sender not to use UPS.
