GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's UPS (UK) customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~Banana brain: Useless. Ridiculously long tracking number that the automated system never recognises. Then put through to a bunch of idiots who repeat what I can see for myself- that the parcel has been stuck in a depot for nearly a week and they seem to have lost it. They can't phone the depot directly, give them the tracking number and find it, there are complicated "procedures" to follow and I keep having to pester the sender to chase them up because apparently only the sender can initiate an investigation.
