GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's UPS customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
GetHuman-140579: Just found out, after *:**PM that the driver picked up the wrong package from the wrong customer with my label that shows it was picked up at *:** but I was told at *:**PM the package wasn't picked up yet. Isn't that interesting? Life saving equipment like an oxygen concentrater a patient has to do without now after finding out the package sitting in front of them was never picked up because the driver claimed he picked it up that turned out to be from a completely different customer that is also now going to the wrong company, obviously. Maybe we'll take bets on which one of us patients will survive without oxygen now the longest until the machine is returned now that was never picked up.

GetHuman-140579: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
GetHuman-140579: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about UPS's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-140579: For that I would say three out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other UPS customers?
GetHuman-140579: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for UPS to know who you are.
