~donthaveone: called to file complaint because the UPS driver drops our packages off to a neighbor at his workplace (**) miles away to deliver to us. We have paid overnight shipping and it is still taken to his job to drop off to us because he says he doesn't have time. when I called I told a person they transferred me and I was put on hold and then someone picked up and hung up. I want to find out who to talk to in order to get our packages delivered to the address that is on it and not to a neighbors workplace. It is not his job to get it to us. This has been going on for a long time now and I am tired of it and so is the neighbor. Anyone know how I can give my name and number to a person to get something done.

~donthaveone: For that I would say two out of five.

~donthaveone: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for UPS to know who you are.
