GetHuman-lukielo: Horrible customer service you can really tell they have no empathy for *** yrs loyal customers**I was astonished when I called regarding a auto withdrawal on my account that over drafted. I was charged a overdraft fee on ******* of $**.** then a overdraft fee of $**.** on ********. I never got a alert and call them as soon as I realized an issues was present. I have direct deposit from my work place and would be receiving a reasonable sum into my account by ********. They informed me that even though I was calling to set up arrangements they were going to charge me a *rd fee of $**.** on ********! One day before my direct deposit is to go through. I have been a customer with us bank for more than ** years and even when my associate put me on hold to talk to a manager still came back with the same answer that all fees will be applied. I felt like I am just a number to them and some one they can use for any penny they can get. I would never refer them to friends or family and will be looking for a new bank if this issues is not corrected with the customer service and understanding we as customers deserve.
