GetHuman-311685: Three calls. All I wanted to do was change my address. First: Many prompts, many holds, then cut off. About * minutes Second: Many prompts, many waits, then told they were closed and to call during business hours (so much for **-hour help number!) About ** minutes. Third: Finally got a human, who demanded that I re-verify my info, and then said she couldn't change addresses and would have to transfer me. ** minutes. Held another ** minutes and gave a different person the same info. After much waiting and re-iterating, finally got my address changed. ** minutes. Ridiculous, wasting almost an hour to change your mailing address.
