~Anonymous: I lost an item which the driver has told me he dropped off at Uber main office. Now it's * hours and * emails in to Uber with no response. (I only put ** minutes above because it was the longest response time you could put in)

~Anonymous: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Anonymous: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Uber's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Anonymous: For that I would say four out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Uber customers?
~Anonymous: Try to deal with them early in the day or later. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Uber to know who you are.
